bluboho.com is not a brochure. It's a store — one that never closes, that every guest walks into alone, and where no connector is standing by to notice when someone hesitates at the door. We're looking for the person who treats it that way: who merchandises it daily, watches how guests actually move through it, and never stops testing what helps them stay.
This is a craft-and-numbers role in equal measure. You'll own the full online guest journey — from the first product impression to a completed purchase — and you'll be the person in the company who can say, with data behind it, exactly where guests are dropping off and what we're doing about it this week, not next quarter.
Who You Are:
- You think in funnels, not pages. Every page on bluboho.com exists to move a guest closer to checkout. You see the whole journey at once — homepage to PDP to cart to checkout — and you know exactly where it's leaking.
- You're commercially obsessed. You don't just make things look better. You want to know if it's working. A/B testing isn't a nice-to-have for you, it's how you make every decision.
- You treat data as a design brief. Analytics reviews aren't a monthly report you file away. They're the starting point for what you build, test, and
change next. - You're hands-on with Shopify, not just familiar with it. You've actually built, merchandised, and optimized a Shopify storefront before — collections, sort orders, landing pages, app integrations, the whole engine.
- You own outcomes, not tasks. You don't wait to be told what to fix. You notice a checkout step causing drop-off before anyone else does, and you bring a plan, not just a problem.
- You move comfortably between creative and analytical work in the same day.
- You can write a merchandising plan in the morning and read a cohort analysis in the afternoon, and neither one intimidates you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Conversion rate optimization
- Own the full purchase funnel — homepage, collections, PDP, cart, checkout — and the conversion rate at every stage
- Run a continuous A/B testing program: layout, copy, imagery, merchandising, checkout flow
- Conduct regular analytics reviews in Google Analytics and translate findings directly into changes on the site
- Identify and remove friction wherever it exists, from page load speed to a confusing size guide
Digital merchandising
- Treat bluboho.com like a store — re-merchandise collections, homepage, and sort order weekly and daily to support launches, sell-through, and margin
- Ensure the site reflects current campaigns, seasonal moments, and brand storytelling at all time.
- Own the digital experience for our highest-intent guests, including the Beloved engagement ring journey and consultation booking path
- Partner with marketing and creative to keep product presentation aligned with brand standards
Email, flows, and lifecycle
- Own Klaviyo flows end-to-end — welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and the Beloved nurture flow
- Build and refine lifecycle campaigns that turn first-time guests into repeat guests
- Monitor flow performance and iterate based on open rate, click rate, and attributed revenue
SEO, AEO, and site health

Own on-page SEO and AEO health — metadata, structure, page speed, image optimization

Work with the team to ensure content and landing pages are built to be found, not just to look good

Monitor organic search performance and identify new opportunity areas
What You’ll Bring
Required:
- 3-5 years in DTC ecommerce, with direct ownership of a Shopify storefront
- Demonstrated CRO experience: A/B testing, funnel analysis, checkout optimization, with real outcomes to show for it
- Hands-on Klaviyo (or equivalent ESP) experience owning email flows, not just sending campaigns
- Comfort and fluency in Google Analytics and translating data into action
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals
- A bias toward testing and shipping quickly over waiting for perfect certainty
Preferred:
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, or premium/considered-purchase retail
- Experience with Shopify Hydrogen or headless storefronts
- Familiarity with Sanity or another structured content CMS
- Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to accelerate research and execution
