    Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Integrated Marketing Lead to join our team at bluboho. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and creating cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. 

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Strategy development and Project Management of Product Launch and Sell through:

    -Work with production, operations  and creative teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with Bluboho's brand vision and business goals.

    - Partner with product and creative teams to support meeting all by-whens

    - Campaign Management:

    - Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and in-store promotions.

    - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

    - Content Creation + Execution:

    - Support the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand narrative.

    - Collaborate with designers, photographers, and writers to produce high-quality marketing materials.

    - Create copy for campaigns, products, collections and ads.

    - Support to ensure flawless execution and communication across channels.

    - Digital Marketing:

    - Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and influencer partnerships.

    - Organize ad sets for deployment across channels internally and externally (store, website, PR,  digital marketing efforts).

    - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

    - Brand Management:

    - Maintain and enhance Bluboho's brand identity through consistent and impactful storytelling.

    - Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints.

     

    - Analytics and Reporting:

    - Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.

    - Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

     

    -Collaboration:

    - Work closely with the operations, product development, and guest experience teams to ensure alignment and support for brand and marketing initiatives.

    - Foster strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to amplify our brand message.

    - Support with any other marketing and product related problems and projects on an as-needed basis. 

     

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

    - 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry.

    - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

    - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

    - Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

    - Ability to think creatively and strategically.

    - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

    - Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

    - Passion for fine jewelry, fashion, and sustainability.
